Shared house. 1 Roommate. Looking for one responsible, considerate, male roommate to share a beautiful 1632 sq. ft. Cape Cod house in Norfolk in between the main Norfolk base & Little Creek. Prefer someone 25 - 40 yrs. old who will appreciate & respect living in a nice/quiet home & clean up after themselves. Will have your own living area, bedroom/bathroom. Will have full use of the shared kitchen, laundry and outdoor spaces.

A bit about me. I am a college graduate who works early shifts in sales. No pets, drugs, smokers or vapors. (No guns either unless a service side arm is required for law enforcement work.)

The rent will be $900 per month plus half utilities. I prefer a six month lease with one month’s deposit. A background check and proof of employment is required. Move in date is flexible, but hoping for roommate early in April.
