Have you recently changed your heating system and have heating fuel oil left over? Don't pay your delivery company even more than you paid for it to be delivered to pump it out. I will pump it out for free anywhere in the tidewater/hampton roads area. I will pay $1/gallon for clean fuel oil. Any fuel that comes out gunky I will remove for free.
