2 BR, 1.5 Bath, less than a block to the beach - Renovated 2015 - U will love
This unit is on the first floor level of a family owned beach cottage and has 2 bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, and an outdoor shower on private deck. It is a residential dwelling although most everything around it is not residential - hotels, restaurants, night clubs, etc. That's why it's such a good find! Close to the beach with all the comforts of home.

Have a need to accommodate more people? We have another condo that sleeps 6 adjacent to this one and in the same house.

The beach is so close you won't believe it. It's literally one-half city block from the boardwalk and beach. The 24th street stage is an open concert and event area that borders the boardwalk and beach - you can enjoy the music with a short walk or simply stay home and listen to the music from your deck.

This condo sleeps 6. Bedroom #1 has a full size bed. Bedrooom #2 has two twin beds. Living area has a queen size sleep sofa. The apartment is equipped with cable service, HD-TV, DVD, and secure WIFI. All appliances new in 2015 include stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer. French doors in kitchen open to private deck.

Owner provides freshly cleaned bed linens and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests need to bring their own towels, paper products, soap products, and beach gear. There is one parking space for guests and additional parking for visitors can be found at local private parking lots or one of the city's parking lots at Virginia Beach oceanfront. The closest overnight parking lot is city-owned and is only one block away.

Renovated 2015 - This home is the former Captain's residence of Virginia Beach's U.S. Coast Guard. This Coast Guard location has historical significance, well described and preserved in the Coast Guard Museum across the street.
