Are you an experienced box truck driver ready to hit the road and earn great pay? Join our team as a 1099 contractor! We’re looking for dependable drivers who take pride in their work, stay organized, and keep things running smoothly on the road.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Safely transport freight using 26ft box trucks
✅ Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily
✅ Maintain accurate ELD (Electronic Logging Device) logs
✅ Secure cargo and ensure safe delivery
✅ Take all required photos and obtain BOL (Bill of Lading) signatures at pickup and delivery
✅ Communicate clearly with dispatch and follow routing instructions
✅ Keep the truck clean and presentable at all times
✅ Represent the company professionally and provide excellent service
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience driving 26ft box trucks
✔ Ability to stay out on the road up to 2 weeks at a time
✔ Must complete pre- and post-trip inspections and use ELD systems
✔ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✔ Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual
✔ Basic mechanical knowledge to identify maintenance issues
✔ Must pass background and DMV checks
✔ Strong communication & time-management skills
✔ Ability to load/unload when needed
