Teams will be responsible for the delivery, installation, in residential and commercial settings while providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle for route driving and deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Load and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies and performing heavy lifting as needed
Deliver goods efficiently to various customer locations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely arrivals
Assist with the installation and setup of products at customer sites, following provided instructions precisely
Load and unload trucks at warehouse facilities, maintaining accurate inventory records during transit
Follow designated routes accurately, adjusting plans as necessary for traffic or other unforeseen circumstances
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area, conducting routine safety checks before and after shifts
Experience:
Prior delivery driver experience with a proven track record in route driving and load management
Ability to perform complex and basic to intermediate appliance installations (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges etc.) is preferred
Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading procedures is preferred
Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills is required
Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor comfortably for extended periods
Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving, and driving large vehicles such as box trucks is preferred
Experience operating equipment like dollies, hump straps is preferred
