This is a single-axle, tow behind camper. It is 21' long. Installed is a queen mattress with mattress topper. It is very comfortable. A two person side table which converts to a 3/4 sized sleeper, perfect for a child or beloved dog if needed.
It is in great condition. All the appliances run smoothly and never a sign of leak from the roof or any connection points.
When I purchased two years ago, camper had been used twice and had less than 500 miles on it. Since then, I have put maybe 1200 more miles on the trailer to move it up from VA to RI and then back to VA. When I brought it up and back it was smooth sailing, no issues on the trip.
I lived in it for six months while up in RI for school. Comfortable for one or two people.
RV will come with almost everything you need to use it:
Wheel Chalks, one lawn chair, large outdoor matt.
Two gas cylinders, sewer hookup and ramp set up, hose for fresh water hook up, RV filter and spare, pressure regulator, surge protector and power connection for 30A, caulk gun, roof caulk, bathroom silicone.
Laundry supplies, small broom and dustpan, nicely sized trash can, space heater, dehumidifier (needed for long term use), small side fan.
Small griddle, toaster oven, coffee machine, bowls, plates, strainers, varied cutlery and cooking utensils.
It has an electric front lift and four stabilizing lifts on the corners.
Clear title in hand. Passed its most recent VA state inspection.
