Beatty Construction & Roofing is a growing residential and light commercial construction
company specializing in roofing, remodeling, exterior renovations, decks, additions, and
insurance restoration work. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, strong customer

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Construction Project Manager who can lead
projects, manage crews and subcontractors, communicate with customers professionally,
and keep jobs moving efficiently and profitably.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can take ownership, solve
problems, stay organized under pressure, and represent the company professionally.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects from sale to completion.
This person will coordinate scheduling, materials, subcontractors, inspections, customer
communication, quality control, and job profitability.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, accountable, detail-oriented, and experienced in
residential construction management.
Responsibilities
Manage projects from contract signing through final completion
Schedule crews, subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Review scopes of work and verify all work is completed correctly
Conduct jobsite inspections and quality control checks
Solve problems quickly and professionally
Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners
Provide regular project updates
Coordinate daily operations with crews and subcontractors
Maintain daily job updates with photos and notes
Ensure work meets company standards and local code requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of construction project management experience
Strong knowledge of residential construction
Experience managing roofing, remodeling, or exterior projects preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organized and dependable
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong customer service skills
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
