HVAC Technician 1: Ideal candidate will have been in the HVAC business for a period of 1- a year with experience in running refrigerant line sets, exhaust flue pipes, drain lines, and thermostat wires and installing supply registers and return air grilles with supervision.
HVAC Technician 2: Ideal candidate will have been in the HVAC business for a period or 2-3 years with experience in running refrigerant line set, exhaust flue pipes, drain lines, and thermostat wires and installing supply registers and return air grilles with no supervisions.
HVAC Technician 3: Ideal candidate will have been in the HVAC business for a period or 3-5 years with experience in running refrigerant line set, exhaust flue pipes, drain lines, and thermostat wires and installing supply registers and return air grilles. This person must possess the ability to install all types of equipment and successfully perform a complete startup of the HVAC system with no supervision required.
HVAC Technician 4: Ideal candidate will have been in the HVAC business for a period or 3-5 years with experience in running refrigerant line set, exhaust flue pipes, drain lines, and thermostat wires and installing supply registers and return air grilles. This person must possess the ability to install all types of equipment and successfully perform a complete startup of the HVAC system with no supervision required. This person must be able to run service calls and be on an on-call rotation schedule.
