We specialize in high-quality bathroom and kitchen renovations, and we’re looking for skilled mechanics and tile installers who want a long-term home with a company that cares about doing things right.
Who Thrives Here
There are two strong paths into this role:
• Mechanical / hard-skills side: framing, plumbing, electrical, rough-ins, trim, and cabinet install
• Tile craftsmanship: waterproofing systems, layout, tile installation, and precision finish details
If you have strength in both, even better.
You’ll work side-by-side with a skilled Crew Lead and Project Manager while producing clean, professional, high-quality work.
What You’ll Do
• Full bathroom and kitchen renovations
• Demo through final trim
• Tile, prep, waterproofing, framing, rough-ins, trim, and finish work
• Follow plans and project details with accuracy
• Maintain high standards of communication, cleanliness, and consistency
What You Bring
• 5+ years of professional residential renovation experience
• Strong skills in either tile or mechanical trades
• Ability to follow plans and take accountability for your work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean background check
• Positive attitude, team mentality, and pride in your craft
