We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Roofing Superintendent to lead our field operations and deliver superior results.
Job Summary
The Residential Roofing Superintendent ensures the installation of all roofing systems exceeds quality standards while maintaining maximum safety, staying on schedule, and good communication at all levels. This position involves supervising crews, coordinating with Project Managers, communicating with homeowners, and managing daily on-site activity from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Field Management: Oversee all aspects of field operations on residential roofing projects, including daily site management and inspections.
• Production & Scheduling: Manage labor, and materials to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Leadership: Supervise and support foremen and field crews, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety policies.
• Quality Control: Manage daily job sites and perform pre-inspection and post-inspection punch lists to ensure high-quality installation according to building and city codes.
• Safety Enforcement: Monitor and maintain a safe work environment according to OSHA standards and company safety regulations.
• Communication: Communicate professionally and act as the primary liaison between project managers, foremen, office staff, and homeowners.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3–5+ years of proven experience in the supervision and installation of residential roofing systems.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to walk on roofs, climb ladders, and work at various heights.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
