Exterior Source is a locally owned home improvement company that has proudly served the Hampton Roads area for over 30 years.
We have consistent residential siding work available and are looking for experienced, licensed, and insured siding subcontractors to partner with us on a 1099 basis.

THE WORK
Residential siding installation, repair, and replacement, including:
Vinyl siding
Fiber cement / Hardie siding
Wood siding
Engineered wood siding
Trim and related exterior details as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have:
Valid contractor’s license
Active workers’ compensation insurance
General liability insurance — minimum $1M per occurrence
Minimum 3 years of professional siding installation experience
Own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to provide quality workmanship and maintain a professional jobsite
Proof of license and insurance will be required before any work is assigned.
PAY:
Competitive subcontractor pay based on project scope and materials.
Rates are discussed and agreed upon per job before work begins. Materials are provided. Payment is issued upon project completion and approval.
