PRST is on the hunt for a skilled and safety-focused Excavator/Backhoe Operator to join our dynamic team. If you’re ready to dig into a rewarding career, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Operate excavators, backhoes, and other heavy equipment for excavation, trenching, grading, and material movement.
Prepare and inspect equipment to ensure top-notch safety and functionality.
Collaborate with your team to complete projects on time and with precision.
Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications for accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience operating excavators or backhoes (bonus points for experience in residential and commercial projects).
Strong understanding of excavation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.
Valid equipment operator certifications (as required by local/state regulations).
Teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to safety and excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:
