If you know epoxy and resinous flooring — and you're ready to work — Skillforce has an immediate opening for a Commercial Epoxy Floor Installer based out of the Chesapeake / Hampton Roads area.
You'll be part of an active commercial flooring crew running coating systems and polished concrete on commercial and industrial job sites throughout Virginia. Projects span from Northern VA to the coast, so if you like variety and staying busy, this is built for you.
THE WORK
Surface prep through grinding, shot blasting, and profiling. Epoxy floor coating systems: primers, base coats, topcoats. Concrete polishing with diamond tooling and surface grinders. Installation of urethane, MMA, and polyaspartic resinous flooring systems on commercial and industrial surfaces. Equipment upkeep on the job. Every project has specs — you follow them.
THE SCHEDULE & PAY
$24 – $28/hr depending on your experience
Weekly pay — every week
Schedules vary by project: days, nights, and weekends as job demands
Statewide travel — projects span Virginia from Northern VA to the coast

WHO WE NEED
Experience in epoxy floor installation and/or concrete polishing — commercial or industrial settings
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly — this is physical, field-based work
Flexible on schedule: days, nights, weekends depending on project deadlines
Reliable transportation to job sites
Authorized to work in the U.S. — background check and drug screen required
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience with urethane, MMA, or polyaspartic systems
OSHA 10 certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — a plus on crew
