Proctor Wall Jacks in great condition. These extend out to 16 feet. Used numerous times to lift LVL's, steel I-beam, roof trusses and 2 x 4 framed walls. They have never been used outside of their weight capacity. Each will lift 1000 lbs. with a safety factor of 2. No rust on them, have been in storage. TLC has been shown on these. I don't do that type of work any longer. My lost, your gain. They will pay for themselves on the very first lift. Two people using these versus 4 or 5 people to lift an 18" LVL 20 ft long. Paid over $1000 for them. Serious buyers please allow one day to retrieve these jacks from storage unit.
