Xpand Staffing is currently seeking warehouse candidates to join a growing team in **Norfolk, VA**. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work in a warehouse environment and are looking for a stable, full-time opportunity.
## Job Responsibilities:
* Process incoming and outgoing customer orders
* Lift, move, organize, and store boxes, files, binders, books, and other records
* Load and unload boxes manually and with hand carts or pallet jacks
* Operate handheld scanners and warehouse computer systems to track inventory
* Read labels and accurately locate stored materials
* Load, stack, and shrink-wrap pallets
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
## Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift and carry **10–100 lbs.** on a regular basis without assistance
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and reaching
* Ability to climb ladders and maintain balance while retrieving materials
* Comfortable working on concrete floors and uneven walking surfaces
* Ability to push and pull loaded hand carts and pallet jacks throughout the shift
## Qualifications:
✅ Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
✅ Ability to read and write English
✅ Basic computer skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
## Required PPE:
👷 **Protective Safety Toe Footwear is Required**
