Wh We’re Looking For:

• Experience with permitting and permit tracking, particularly in the HVAC or construction industries

• Strong organizional skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion

• Ability to communice effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordine and schedule necessary inspections

• Self-motived with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Strong tention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Wh You Need:

• Permitting experience

• Strong communicion skills

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)

• HVAC or home services knowledge is a plus
