Comes with leash, board bag with strap and creatures quad fin set up.
A few surface dents and one of the fin boxes is pushed in a tad. No leaks no squeaks, closed cell foam so no real possibility of water intrusion.
Really hate to sell this board tbh, but I haven’t surfed in years and don’t see myself paddling out any time soon.
