What You’ll Do
Deliver elevated hair services including custom color, balayage, highlights, precision cutting, styling, and luxury hair extensions
Perform specialty services such as bridal hairstyling, makeup application, and advanced treatments with attention to detail and client experience
Create personalized consultations that build trust, loyalty, and long-term client relationships
Maintain an immaculate workspace, adhering to the highest sanitation and safety standards
Utilize salon software (Phorest) to manage appointments, client records, and retail sales seamlessly
Confidently recommend and retail professional haircare products to support clients beyond the salon
Support front-of-house flow by greeting guests, assisting with check-ins, and maintaining a polished salon atmosphere
Mentor and inspire newer team members through education in cutting, color theory, and professional best practices (for experienced stylists)
What We’re Looking For
Active cosmetology or barbering license
Experience in color services, cutting, and styling; extension experience strongly preferred
A polished, professional presence aligned with a luxury brand
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
Familiarity with salon software systems (Phorest experience is a plus)
Passion for education, growth, and staying current with industry trends
Leadership experience or interest in mentorship is a bonus, but not required
