GovCIO is hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst to provide cybersecurity, compliance, and accredition support for Air Comb Command (ACC) missions Langley AFB, ensuring the implemention, maintenance, and continuous monitoring of NIPR, SIPR, and DRSN enclaves. This role supports Risk Management Framework (RMF), TEMPEST, and Authority to Opere (ATO) requirements across multiple systems and secure network environments. This is an onsite position Langley AFB, VA.

Key Responsibilities

RMF & Accredition Support

• Genere, upde, and manage Xacta and eMASS accredition packages for NIPR, SIPR, and DRSN systems.
• Review and upde RMF artifacts including:
• System Security Plans (SSPs)
• Configurion Management Plans
• Security Assessment Reports
• POA&Ms
• Continuous Monitoring Checklists\
• Coordine compliance actions with ISSMs, DAOs, and system owners to maintain or renew ATOs.

Cybersecurity Compliance & Vulnerability Management

• Review vulnerability scans and perform corrective actions across all system hardware and software.
• Ensure systems are configured and valided in compliance with STIG requirements.
• Conduct vulnerability and compliance scanning as part of continuous monitoring schedules.\

Technical Cyber Support

• Assess, upde, and maintain documention for DRSN, NIPR, and SIPR ATO packages.
• Serve in an Informion System Security Manager (ISSM) capacity for supported systems.
• Support pch management, antivirus updes, and secure configurion enforcement across enclaves.
• Provide cybersecurity support aligned with 633 CS missions to deliver secure, reliable and continuously improving warfighting communicion operions.

Required Skills & Qualificions

Security Clearance

Clearance: TS SCI

• Must be eligible for all required government access cards.
• High School with 9+ years (or commensure experience)

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST, and USAF cybersecurity standards.
• Experience with Xacta, eMASS, and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Ability to manage cybersecurity documention throughout the system lifecycle.
• Experience with network enclave support (NIPR, SIPR, DRSN).
• Familiarity with TEMPEST requirements.

Other Requirements

• Ability to work onsite Langley AFB, VA.
• Ability to support classified and unclassified work environments.
• Travel as required under DoD and Task Order guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Prior cybersecurity experience supporting Air Force Communicions Squadrons.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level ATO renewals and continuous monitoring.
