We are a small, privately owned software company that builds software for enterprises. Our product allows people to build and maintain workflow and tasking processes that automate all types of business processes. This product is built around a graphical programming language.
We are looking for a new team member to join the support team. This team both empowers customers to build Business Processes by understanding how the tool functions and troubleshooting issues that arise during its use. One day you may find yourself troubleshooting a issue affecting a process that has been running successfully for months. The next you may be helping a customer understand how to connect and insert data into a database.


Experience with software development or debugging software is VERY beneficial for this job. If you are the type of person who is good at searching forums to figure out how to flash your home router with third party firmware, root your Android/jailbreak your iPhone, install linux on your old hardware to "breath new life into them," or wants to buy a raspberry pi not because you have a use for it but because you want try to find a use for it, you'll probably be able to figure out this job even if you've never formally developed software before.
You should:
Understand basic concepts about software development like datatypes, variables, iterating arrays, exception handling, etc.
Understanding of SQL
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with C#, HTML, CSS, or Javascript is a plus but not required.
