ECCO Sunroom & Awning is a family-owned outdoor living company serving Hampton Roads for over 35 years. We specialize in custom sunrooms, porch enclosures, pergolas, patio covers, motorized awnings, louvered roofs, and other outdoor living solutions.
We are looking for a top-performing Design Consultant who enjoys working with homeowners and wants to earn a high income while helping people transform their homes. This is a consultative in-home sales role, meeting with homeowners who have requested information about improving their outdoor living space.

What You’ll Do
• Meet homeowners for scheduled design consultations
• Design custom outdoor living spaces tailored to their home
• Present product options, materials, and project ideas
• Take measurements and document project details
• Prepare proposals and guide customers through the decision process
• Follow up with homeowners when needed

The Ideal Candidate
• Proven sales closer (in-home sales preferred)
• Experience in home improvement sales, construction, windows, roofing, siding, remodeling, or sunrooms is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable meeting homeowners in their homes
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
