This individual will provide comprehensive support for tactical communicion and network systems. Responsibilities include the full deployment, installion, and configurion of these systems across a variety of plforms, including naval, aerial, vehicular, and field assets. This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable, secure, and mission-ready communicion capabilities in dynamic operional environments.

An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigion and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified informion. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

• Proficient with technical documention and process improvements
• Excellent communicion and analytical skills
• Ability to ensure all work complies with relevant security protocols and operional standards
• Manage and track equipment inventories, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning
• Must be able to support field exercises and provide on-site troubleshooting equipment as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing requirements independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge and experience working with Mesh Networks and Mesh Network Radios (i.e. MPU5, TrellisWare)
• Working knowledge and experience with WinTAK/ATAK
• Proficiency in configuring hardware appliances including mesh network radios (i.e. MPU5), routers, switches, firewalls, communicion systems (various radios and cellular technologies), and security appliances (VPNs)

• Configure and manage all networking hardware, including routers, switches, servers, radios (HF, VHF, UHF), and sellite terminals
• Ensure systems are configured to meet required specificions for secure, reliable, and interoperable connectivity across diverse environments
• Provide expert-level technical support and rapid response troubleshooting for end-users and field teams experiencing hardware and software issues for various network environments
• Conduct proactive and reactive maintenance on all deployed communicion and network systems to minimize disruptions
• Manage and track equipment inventories, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning
• Cree and upde all necessary technical documention, including system diagrams, operional procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Implement and execute quality control and quality assurance measures to ensure all products and services conform to established standards
• Provide documented analysis and recommendions for continuous improvement to enhance the quality of products and services
• Provide network architecture design and management

• Demonstred experience with specific tactical communicion (TAC), Starlink, MPU-5, Trellis, and Silvus equipment
• Proven familiarity with military communicion standards and protocols
• Expertise in the use of network management tools and software
• Knowledge of RF principles and propagion
• Critical thinking and ability to provide unconventional solutions to various problems
• Cisco Certified Network Administror (CCNA) or equivalent experience
• Experience with sellite communicion systems and equipment

Compension SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candide’s experience, educion, training, security clearance, work locion, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corpore compension plan and contract specific requirements.

The projected annual compension range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 (USD). This estime reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compension package th SimVentions offers.
