decent size room some furniture in it. Rent will be 675 a month. I do not barter rent .
Electricity, water, gas and Wi-Fi is included in the monthly rent.
Also use of the washer
dryer and the kitchen.
Have offstreet parking for one vehicle only.
Bathroom is shared .
This is a non-smoking house if you smoke it has to be outside.
This is also a sober living house.
No alcohol allowed.
No over nite guests neither !!
No couples !!
No drama kings or queens !!
No Drunkards !!
If you have any of these issues
please keep moving.
I do have small pets so if you do not like small dogs, please keep moving by.
We are all Adults here we work hard and we enjoy our peace.
I’m an easy-going person and like everybody unless you give me an excuse for a reason not to.

We’re all grown ups. We all also clean up after ourselves here we don’t have maids and our mom don’t live here to pick up after us so short, simple plain English!!
I have a room for rent, with some furniture … Since I have little dogs, no pets allowed. However I may consider a small dog with small non refundable pet fee. Sorry absolutely no cats.
