I lost my mother last year and was forced into taking on a large apartment (and all bills) on my own. She did not pass here. My home is not like an apartment, it’s more like a “house” on the interior. Fully furnished with beds and TVs in all rooms. Large kitchen with every cooking utensil you could possibly need! I have a large security and camera system I maintain with camera monitors in all rooms. You will be in a safe, secure, comfortable location. Rent is negotiable depending on what role you want to play in the household. I’m compassionate, honest, and understanding. I prefer male room mates but will consider anyone. I “prefer” a male roommate because we will be sharing the bathroom. Straight and LGBQT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Queer, Transgender) friendly.
