About Us
- We are a very successful, unique, local real estate team.
- We have been in business since 2006 (13 years).
- We manage 40 of our own rental properties.
- We also buy/renovate/resell approx. 25 houses per year (Just like “FLIP THAT HOUSE”).
- We are easy, fun, and friendly to work with !!!
- Our days are fun, energetic, and interesting (never-boring).
- Our office is located at the oceanfront, walk to the beach on your lunch break :-).

** Again… No Real Estate Experience Required **

Duties
- We will you train as needed (But you must already have "Solid Computer Skills").
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage rental payments, mortgages, late payments, rental service requests, etc.
- Compile and send monthly data to our CPA firm.
- Help with procurement of renovation materials.
- Help complete real estate contract templates online.
- Send out documents for e-signature.
- Email with clients to gather needed documents.
- Scan and send documents as needed.
- Take pictures of our properties (we have a great camera).
- Help with other things inside the office, as needed.
- Be a great team player, and quick to get things completed :-)

Requirements
- An interest or experience in real estate is a plus (but not required).
- Most important is “Solid Computer Skills”. Must be proficient with MS Excel and/or Mac Numbers, etc…)
- Attention to detail (ability to get tasks done quick, and always accurately).
- Proven organizational skills (minimum 2 years).
- Positive, upbeat, get-it-done attitude!
- Reliable transportation to get to work and run errands (go to office supply, go to bank, etc…)

Flexible Hours
We can do any of the following:
A- 8:00 am 4:30 pm, MON-FRI, with a 30 min lunch
B- 9:00 am 5:45 pm, MON-FRI, with a 45 min lunch
C- 10:00 am 7:00 pm, MON-FRI, with a 1 hour lunch
D- Or you can have a day off during the week, and work Saturday instead
E- Or any other similar variation to above, that is best for you, is workable for us :-)

Salary/Pay
- For this position we pay up to $12 to $15 per hour.
- Additionally, there is much room for future growth with our company.
- We do not offer any benefits like health insurance or 401k…
- We do offer paid vacation time and/or PTO, after 1 year.
