We are a small family-owned company seeking a reliable and organized customer service administrator.
Responsibilities -
Handle incoming customer calls, e-mails, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
Assist in scheduling/coordinating jobs for field technicians.
Enter and update jobs details, service requests, and customer information into company system
Communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, work orders, and service documentation.
Assist in processing payments and follow up on outstanding invoices as needed.
Maintain accurate customer and job records.
Assist in ordering parts/materials and coordinating with suppliers when required.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable using office software and scheduling systems.
Basic understanding of electrical & plumbing services is a plus.
Calm and professional approach when handling urgent or emergency requests.
Qualifications & Experience -
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or trade services preferred.
Experience in electrical, plumbing, or construction environments is an advantage.
Strong computer, phone, and data entry skills.
