A Sweet Greg Curbow designed, Cort Curbow 5, bass with a fast neck and a low action that is extremely easy and fun to play. It currently has D-Addario Chrome Flatwound strings on it and sounds amazing with the active Bartolini MK-1 pickup.
It also has a slap switch, which allows you to instantly change between your favorite 3-band eq setting and an aggressive slap sound preset with adjustable the scoop and gain. This is a very useful feature. A factory Cort Curbow plush-lined case that is form fitted for this bass is also included.
Note: The knobs have been replaced with my favorite, lightweight knobs that allow you to instantly see the settings. I will also include the original Satin Nickel knobs.
The innovative Luthite body and an ebanol fretboard make it resistant to temperature and humidity changes so the setup remains very consistent and it stays in tune extremely well. Additionally, the sonically vibrant luthite body contributes to an excellent sustain and accurate sound.
Also, it lightweight and only weighs only 7.7 lbs, you can play it without it killing your back. As you can probably see in the pictures, it has had very little use as I have been more of a collector than a player.
