We are seeking a Project Manager to join the team. This role is responsible for guiding complex projects from pre-production through installation while ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are successfully met. What You'll Do as the Project Manager:
Manage projects from handoff through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved
Review project scope, contract documents, labor requirements, material needs, and subcontractor responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules, production timelines, and installation plans
Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, production, installation, subcontractors, and customers throughout project execution
Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including submittals, approvals, change orders, and production packages
Develop detailed shop drawings and working with Bluebeam software that support manufacturing and installation requirements
Produce complete production and installation documentation to ensure efficient project execution
Track project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or scope changes
Manage client communication regarding project status, approvals, schedules, and deliverables
Coordinate material procurement, specialty items, and subcontractor scopes of work
Oversee change order documentation and ensure proper authorization for out-of-scope work
Conduct job site visits and quality inspections as needed
Partner with field teams to address punch list items and ensure successful project completion
Support continuous improvement through collaboration, communication, and problem-solving across departments
Must-Haves as the Project Manager:
5+ years of construction, manufacturing, millwork, cabinetry, or related project management experience
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and project execution
Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans, specifications, and shop drawings
A plus if you have experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Project Pak and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, production teams, and customers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Nice-to-Haves as the Project Manager:
Experience in architectural millwork, casework, cabinetry, or custom woodworking environments
Knowledge of manufacturing workflows and production scheduling
Experience managing commercial interior construction projects
Familiarity with material procurement and inventory coordination
Experience supporting field installation teams and punch list management
