Position Overview
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining high-speed beverage production equipment, including canning and bottling lines. This role ensures efficient production runs, consistent product quality, and adherence to safety and food manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor beverage production equipment (fillers, seamers, labelers, conveyors, etc.)
• Set up machines for production runs, including changeovers between SKUs and packaging formats
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting during operation
• Maintain production speed and efficiency targets (CPM goals)
• Ensure proper fill levels, carbonation specs, seam integrity, and packaging quality
• Conduct and record quality control checks in accordance with SOPs
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and HACCP protocols
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and line clearance procedures
• Work closely with batching, QC, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
• Report mechanical issues, downtime, and production concerns to supervisors
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years experience in manufacturing or production (beverage experience preferred)
• Experience operating high-speed packaging or production equipment strongly preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a production environment with noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures

• Day and/or night shifts available
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production schedules

Preferred Experience (Bonus)
• Beverage canning or bottling line experience (Profill, KHS, or similar systems)
• Experience with carbonation, nitro dosing, or pasteurization processes
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
