We are looking for qualified packers, movers, and drivers to join our team. We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. We hire individuals who can provide friendly, well-mannered, and professional service to our customers while maintaining a positive attitude. Our office is located in Virginia Beach. You MUST have reliable transportation. Some moving jobs you will be expected to meet at the job site. You must be prepared to stay at the job site until the job is completed.
Duties
Carefully pack household or commercial items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
Load and unload boxes, furniture, and equipment onto trucks using manual handling techniques and equipment
Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks, for local route driving and deliveries
Assist with route driving, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while adhering to safety regulations
Use manual transmission vehicles confidently, following all traffic laws and safety procedures during deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving supplies, trucks, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
Requirements
1-2 years prior experience in moving experience is preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly while maintaining proper lifting techniques
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients during moves or deliveries
Comfortable working in physically demanding environments with frequent manual lifting and movement of goods
Strong attention to safety protocols and ability to follow detailed instructions for packing and transportation tasks
