Full-Time Field Maintenance Technician
📍 Newport News and possibly Virginia Beach
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Full-Time Field Maintenance Technician to work directly for a private property owner. This is a field-based position, traveling between properties in the Virginia Beach and Newport News areas.
Responsibilities:
• Travel to residential properties to perform maintenance and repairs
• Complete carpentry work including repairs, installations, and basic renovations
• Troubleshoot and perform minor electrical repairs
• Assist with maintenance and basic servicing
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain properties in safe, functional condition
Schedule:
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Field-based (travel between locations required 95% in Newportnews)
Compensation:
• Pay based on experience and skill set
Work Environment:
• Direct hire working for a private owner
