HireQuest Direct is hiring dependable General Laborers to support a variety of job sites including construction, warehouse, and industrial environments. Candidates must be hardworking, safety-minded, and able to perform physical tasks. VALID ID, and Steel Toe boots are mandatory
**Responsibilities:**
* Load/unload materials and equipment
* Assist with job site cleanup and debris removal
* Perform basic warehouse duties (picking, packing, stacking, moving product)
* Use hand tools and follow supervisor instructions
* Support skilled trades and crews as needed
**Requirements:**
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
* Ability to stand, bend, and work outdoors or indoors for long periods
* Reliable transportation and strong attendance
* Must follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
* Background and Drug Screening required
**Job Type:** Temporary / As Needed
**Work Location:** Various job sites throughout the Virginia Beach and Norfolk area
