We are a family-owned business providing remodeling and residential repair services throughout Suffolk, Chesapeake, and surrounding areas, and we’re looking to add dependable, hardworking general laborers to our team. We take pride in improving homes and delivering quality craftsmanship, and we value individuals who show up ready to work and learn. This is a 1099/contract position (you pay your own taxes) offering flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow your skills in the construction and remodeling field. Experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and reliability are a must.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform general labor duties, including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and basic installation tasks
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools
• Support skilled tradespeople with various job site tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs. and perform physical labor in varied conditions.
