Southern Shores Lawn and Landscape is currently looking to fill 3 positions.
*Landscaping Supervisor*
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Supervisor to lead our team and help deliver high-quality work to our clients. This position is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in leadership, works well under pressure and can effectively manage both people and project operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise and lead landscaping crew on job sites
- Schedule and manage daily tasks (mowing, trimming, planting,
Hardscaping, etc.)
-  ensuring productivity, quality and safety standards are met
- Train and support crew members
- Communicate with clients when needed and represent the company
Professionally
- Maintain a positive and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping and supervisory or leadership experience
Preferred but willing to train the right individual
- strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- dependable, punctual and detail oriented

- Landscape Helpers-
We are currently looking for dependable Landscaping Helpers to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the landscaping industry.
Duties include:
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Mulching, planting, and general landscape maintenance
- Assisting with hardscape projects (patios, walkways, etc.)
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
What we are looking for:
-strong work ethic and positive attitude
-Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
-Dependable and punctual
-ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
-experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person.
