Maintenance Tech
Position Summary:
• General apartment maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and apartment turns.
• The ability to understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly.
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Must have a valid drivers license**
Guaranteed 40 hour work week, paid every week, paid holidays.
