GTB Enterprises is looking to hire an experienced handyman supervisor for a full time position. Applicants MUST have a valid drivers license, must also provide their own transportation, and basic hand tools. This should include But not be limited to; power drill, screw drivers, pliers, hammer and the like. (A full list can be provided during interview)
Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
-General carpentry skills. (Experienced applicants only)
- Installation of bath accessories and mirrors.
- Installation of ventilated closet shelving.
- Installation of blinds.
- Installation of interior and exterior door hardware.
- Installation of privacy fencing. (Experienced applicants only)
- Installation of exterior and interior doors doors. (Experienced applicants only)
- Ability to manage a crew of 3-7 people in multiple units. This will mean creating and following schedules.
- Ability to manage relationship between GTB and our on base customers.
This position will require the ability to gain access to multiple local military bases. Applicant MUST be able to pass background checks and obtain DBIDS access to base. A REAL ID will be required to gain access to the Base. (THESE ARE ABSOLUTE REQUIREMNENTS FOR THE POSITION.)
GTB offers medical/dental insurance, 401k , and PTO. Pay is based on experience. This is a full time position.
