Schedule: 2 visits per week (flexible timing)
Pay: $75 per visit
Scope of Work:
Interior Janitorial (each visit):
-Lobby & common areas
-Empty trash and replace liners
-Dust/wipe accessible surfaces
-Vacuum and mop floors
- Clean Restrooms
- Clean Staircase & elevator: floors and touchpoints
-Spot clean interior glass at entry and within reach
-Switching out light bulbs if needed
Exterior (each visit):
-Litter/debris pickup in parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaped areas
-Quick blow-off at entrances and sidewalk edges as needed
-Report issues (dumping, broken glass, hazards)
Requirements:
-Previous cleaning experience required
-Must have your own cleaning supplies
