Oversee and complete substructure repairs such as floor joists, beams, subfloors, and sills
Perform home services to include, but not limited to, attic remediation’s, crawlspace encapsulations and insulation, vapor barrier to keep moisture out, and French Drains
Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction
Serve as a problem solver to meet all of your customers’ needs
Complete all required service-related documentation

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
