Junior Project Manager – Residential Construction (Mentorship Role)

What You'll Do
You will shadow the owner and learn the entire operation, including:
• Job site walkthroughs and project planning
• Coordinating installation crews
• Quality control inspections
• Ordering and staging materials
• Reviewing measurements and project plans
• Scheduling projects and deliveries
• Communicating with homeowners
• Problem-solving job site issues
• Learning project costing and logistics
You will also spend time working alongside installation crews to learn how our products are installed and built.
This hands-on experience is critical so that you can eventually manage projects with a full understanding of how they are executed in the field.
Over time, the goal is for you to take ownership of projects and manage them independently.

Construction experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on active construction sites and outdoors
• Willingness to learn installation and construction processes
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
Compensation
$45,000 – $70,000 per year depending on experience + annual performance bonus opportunity

Schedule
Full-time
Monday – Friday
Saturdays are only required if installation crews are working, and the role requires availability to perform job site visits to check on crews when needed.
This role includes a combination of field work and office coordination.
Location
Hampton Roads, VA
Travel to job sites required (70 mile service radius)

You will work directly with ownership to learn every aspect of the business - from installation and job site management to scheduling, materials, and customer communication.
