Hello, we are a family with a child in a complication situation. Currently we are living in a hotel, I have two service dogs. We desperately need a place to rent that allows pets for our family but the complications I'll be honest about. We were late on rent once and got it paid within that month and was ready to pay the next month but she decided to give us a ten day eviction notice after we been on time constantly. We didn't fight it we left, we found out she wanted to sell the house and evicted us instead of talking with us. this is where the complications start getting worse, she's still trying to charge us rent each month it's been three months, with us paying for hotel rooms we can't afford application fees or even most deposits but we are willing to pay more on top of rent to pay off a deposit. We are not looking for a handout but a hand up.
