Two (2) Cemetery Lots.
The lots are at Hampton Memorial Gardens, which is also known as: Carver Memorial Park, Veterans Memorial Gardens 155 Butler Farm Road Hampton, Virginia 23666.
Lots #330 consists of two spaces. I will entertain any reasonable, honest offer for these lots. These lots are in an area that is not available any longer.
Additionally any costs incurred for the legal title and transfer of ownership fees and any other costs in making the sale, including any and all escrow fees would be covered by the seller. I was informed that Hampton would do this for only $195 in a deed transfer. I am confident that this would be the best way to make this transfer official, legal and proper.

I am not interested in making this sale any other way than a legal, legitimate and respectable manner. If you wish to "meet me" somewhere or negotiate a "deal" don't bother me. I don't need to sell these plots. We just want to help someone else as we now live in Oregon.
