I have a 50 Pound Unused Bag (Lowes had it in the clear bag due to corner leakage)
and an opened bag with 40 pounds.
Can have both bags for $10.00
Lowes sells a 50 lb bag for $20.00.

This Thin Set has the polymer in it so it can be mixed with water.
Can be used with an uncoupling membrane.
I just finished the tile work and figured someone could use it versus me throwing it away.
