Google Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) with 3 External Sensors - $100 (Hampton)

This thermostat is in excellent condition and works great. I had to get a new HVAC installed and the package came with a new thermostat geared for the system (I'm not sure if this Nest works with Variable Speed HVAC units, which may be why a different thermostat came in the package i purchased.
This is Wi-Fi enabled, meaning you can control temperatures when you're away and it has a learning mode (that you can disable) that will set temps based on what you've been setting. It also knows when you're out of the house so it will adjust temperatures for economic frugality when you're away for a few days.
Faceplate will normally stay dark, but it has a motion sensor that recognizes when you're walking up to the thermostat and the unit will "wake up".
You can put the three external sensors anywhere in your home (like the bedroom) and you tell the unit what you want the temperature in that room to be. The thermostat will run the system until that sensor registers the temp you want (Note: This is not magic, it may freeze the rest of the house to cool off your upstairs bedroom, but it will get there).
New this unit sells for $235 on Amazon and the sensors sell for another $100. Selling the complete set for $100 total.
This is a really easy DIY if you're used to home projects (red to red, yellow to yellow, etc.), and there are LOTS of youtube installation videos. But, you can also have it professionally installed.
The 3rd Generation Nest is fully supported by Google.
