Immediate opening for qualified person to assist in the leadership of a traditional French American bistro restaurant, The Blue Talon Bistro. Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, ability to lead and train a multicultural staff, be part of a team and have the skills necessary to work in a fine dining kitchen.
