As a Dishwasher in our restaurant, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment. Working primarily day shifts and weekends, you will ensure all dishware and kitchen utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, while also supporting additional kitchen tasks including food preparation and general cleaning and maintenance. We are open 7-3 daily and you must be available on weekends.
Responsibilities
Operate standard dishwashing machine to clean dishes and utensils
Sanitize all dishware according to health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
Assist with food preparation as needed
Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks within the kitchen
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen operations
