Our Chefs prepares banquet-style functions and other special events that make up a big part of our business. In addition to leading the execution of a retail menu, our chefs are actively involved in the planning, supervising, and executing of all banquet events working in conjunction with the FOH and sales staff as required.
Candidate must comply with the following:
-Banquet/event/retail experience.
-Must have high volume retail experience.
-Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards.
-Maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers.
-Current ServSafe certification is desired.
