GovCIO is currently hiring for a ServiceNow Workflow Manager to support modernizion efforts. This position will be loced in Hampton, VA Joint Base Langley-Eustis and will be a fully onsite position.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Workflow Manager to lead our ServiceNow development, implemention, and support teams. This role requires a seasoned professional who combines deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow plform with proven people management capabilities. The successful candide will be responsible for driving technical excellence while fostering team growth and ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions across our global organizion. This position is loced Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership
  • Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementions across multiple modules
  • Lead complex ServiceNow projects including upgrades, integrions, and custom applicion development
  • Oversee CMDB stregy, da governance, and accuracy initiives to ensure reliable IT asset visibility
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks
  • Review and approve technical designs, workflows, and customizions
  • Stay current with ServiceNow plform updes, new feures, and emerging capabilities.
• People Management
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of ServiceNow administrors, developers, and analysts
  • Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and cree individual development plans
  • Foster a collaborive, innovive team culture focused on continuous learning
  • Provide coaching and technical guidance to team members various skill levels
  • Manage resource allocion and workload distribution across the team 
• Operional Excellence
  • Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high service quality standards 
  • Lead incident response and problem resolution for plform issues
  • Manage vendor relionships and coordine with ServiceNow support when needed
  • Develop and maintain team documention, procedures, and knowledge base
• Stregic Planning
  • Lead the ServiceNow roadmap planning and technology stregy
  • Develop and maintain analytics frameworks to measure team performance and plform effectiveness
  • Cree executive-level dashboards and reports to demonstre business value and ROI
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automion using da-driven insights
• Support business stakeholders in defining requirements and solution approaches

High School with 9+ years (or commensure experience)

Required Skills and Experience

Clearance: TS/SCI 

• DOD 8140 IAT II certificion (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+,CND)
• Experience with ServiceNow 
  • Knowledge of core ServiceNow modules
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)- Incident, Problem, Change, Service Calog
  • Configurion Management Dabase (CMDB)- CI relionships, da Integrity
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting - critical metrics, dashboards, and business intelligence
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Security Incident Response (SIR)
  • ServiceNow App Engine and Plform capabilities
• CMDB Management: Expertise in:
  • CMDB design, implemention, and ongoing governance
  • Configurion Item (CI) identificion, classificion, and relionship mapping
  • CMDB da quality management and health scoring
  • Integrion with discovery tools and automed populion stregies
  • CMDB analytics and reporting for IT asset visibility
  • Compliance with ITIL configurion management processes
• Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in:
  • ServiceNow Performance Analytics implemention and configurion
  • Dashboard creion and da visualizion guidelines
  • Benchmark development and metrics stregy aligned with business objectives
  • Advanced reporting using Report Builder and scheduled reporting
  • Da analysis and trend identificion for operional insights
  • Integrion with external BI tools and da warehouses
• Development Skills: Proficiency in:
  • JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
  • ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow
  • REST/SOAP web services and integrions
  • HTML, CSS, and UI customizion
  • Dabase concepts and ServiceNow da modeling
  • A deep understanding of Secure Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
