Creality Ender 3 V2 in good condition. The following changes have been made from the stock printer:

Motherboard (upgraded to 2.4.7)
Dual z-axis (single motor, belt-driven)
Hot end (upgraded to REVO-CR)
Extruder (upgraded to dual-gear, aluminum arm)
Bed plate (upgraded to magnetic steel sheet)
CR-Touch bed leveling installed
PTFE tube (upgraded to Capricorn)
Hot end shroud (replaced with printed Minimus shroud)
Fans (replaced with quieter versions)
Tool storage (3D printed organizers)
Firmware (installed with Mriscoc and ABL addon)

The printer is dusty and could use a good clean and lubrication. Wheels on the X-axis might need replacing, as well, but I haven't looked at them in a while. I will also include as many of the original parts as I can find.
