Danny’s Glass, Inc. is looking for experienced and entry level Customer Service Representatives, must be a fast learner, detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task. Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00 (NO SATURDAY'S)
Job Description: Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Service Writer
Requirements:
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Willingness to learn and to cross train in multiple departments
• Reliable transportation
• Customer service oriented both on the phone and in person
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer knowledge
• Excellent attendance
Job Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
• Handle inquiries and produce orders for inquiries for auto glass or flat glass via phone, email, fax, or walk-in customers
• Interacting with customers, insurance companies, agencies, and commercial accounts daily
• Communicating and coordinating scheduling auto glass repairs.
• Processing completed sales orders and reconciling daily store paperwork when required.
• The ability to work professionally with customers in person and on the phone required
