I’m seeking communication to inquire about suing the foster care agency that destroyed 18 years of my childhood, and my adoptive parents, who adopted me when I was 6, but then gave me up when I was 12, without legally terminating the adoption and ruining any chance I ever had to have a family. Once they gave me up, the agency just kept putting me in juvenile delinquent facilities until my 18th birthday simply for somewhere to put me. All files of every part of me, medical info, every part of my childhood, have been denied to me even as an adult, and I was told by the state that they have no record of me ever even being adopted at all.
